Access to the Service requires a one-time payment of $10 USD. This payment grants you lifetime access to the Service under these terms. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees.

Payment is processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate content for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in bulk

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate launch plans and marketing content. This content is provided as a starting point and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific results from using AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing it.

Content generated by the Service is yours to use. We do not claim ownership over the output generated for your product.

6. Intellectual Property

The Indie Launch platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Indie Launch. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the launch strategies provided will result in specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($10 USD).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
